We have a wealth of expertise to draw from because the Directors of Blue Ribbon Community Care Ltd come from an experienced care background and have worked from the ground up. This experience stems from the early 1990’s when home care was still in its infancy and includes working for; local authorities, charities and the private sector in both residential and domiciliary care.
