Born from the position of needing domiciliary care for my parents it is my intention to provide home healthcare clients with an unsurpassed level of personalised care by being dedicated to employee education and client satisfaction. With our dedicated and passionate team of professionals, We (Always) Care will be an influential and forward-thinking home care company. We will provide a full range of in-home healthcare services, specialising in highly complex cares. We (Always) Care will produce high quality outcomes, focus on employee excellence through ongoing and thorough education, and attain exceptional customer satisfaction by carefully matching caregiver expertise to patient needs. And all this while maintaining a culture of compassion. We care and put people first.
Being a protective family, we were a little unsure of carers for our mum but we did not need to worry when We Always Care joined us to help mum in her wish to stay at home . After a couple of hiccups over time visits etc which were resolved , the care that mum received was very good. Louise, Danny, Sam and Jodie all treated mum as if she was their own relative which was warm and reassuring to see. Mum loved the visits from the girls , the giggles they all shared , we would be downstairs listening to the laughter coming from the girls and mum which was a tonic for both Mum and us to hear. and when the time was right, the calming , soothing times came along. There were occasions where Louise sat on the floor for over an hour because mum was quite anxious and would not let go of Louise's hand but this just came natural to Louise to sit there as she and all of the other ladies are of very caring natures. On the night sits, towards the end for mum, both Danny and Jodie stayed upstairs with mum on their wake shifts so mum would know somebody was there (Jodie even set up camp in mums room to make sure mum was reassured totally). As said earlier, there was a couple of hiccups over time but to me , these are totally over ridden by the caring , compassionate, responsible , lovely and happy ladies that attended to our mum, her angels!!!. Thank you Louise, Sam, Jodie and Danny, you were worth your weight in gold to mum and our family. And brought sunshine to mums life when we could not be there for which i will be forever grateful xxxx
