UKHCA
As a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) we adhere to the UKHCA Code of Practice.
Our people
We are very proud of our committed workforce. Every day, hundreds of Sagecare staff are out there in their local communities making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable older and disabled people. If you think you would find supporting people to be independent, you could join them.
The teams in our local branches are similarly dedicated to providing services of the highest quality. Each local office is overseen by a CQC-registered manager who is responsible for a team of care coordinators and field-based assessors. Depending on the size of the operation, local teams may also comprise recruiters and admin support staff.
Our local sites are supported by an experienced and highly competent regional management team which offers daily support to local branches, ensuring that our services remain of a consistently high standard. You can find information about management vacancies here.
