Before starting my career within the home care sector, I had worked within recruitment, sales and business development for over 16 years. During that time, I held several branch manager/ senior management roles. I decided to undertake a career change having spent several years assisting with the homecare of close family members and at that point I became a domiciliary carer for a local in home care provider.
I joined MiHomecare in 2017 as the Kent Recruiter and have recently been appointed as the Branch Manager.
I have an amazing team here both in the office and out in the community providing first class care and support for adults with physical/mental health needs including dementia, learning disabilities, long term conditions, and neurological disorders.
We are very proud to have recently been awarded CQC ‘Good’ status across all areas of the service.
