Veena started her career in Social Care over 13 years ago, working her way through various different roles such as Administrator, Recruitment Officer, Care Coordinator, Contracts Manager and Branch Manager. This variety of experience has given her a good insight into the Industry and best practice, which has broadened her knowledge and improved her skills, enabling her to deliver an outstanding service to her customers.
Veena is a dedicated individual with over 7 years’ experience working with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and is passionate about care, ensuring that the customer journey from start to finish is of a high standard, from Clients and Next of Kins, to Local Authorities, Medical Professionals, believing in working hard and making a positive difference to people’s lives, ensuring that her team provides person-centred care achieving the desired outcomes for our clients.

The carers that are supposed to arrive 3 times a day do not always turn up and miss shifts, my uncle who has dementia gets very confused, also they do not even prompt him to take his medication and he has gone without meals and left for more than 24hours without anything at all. We are in the process of recording everything and getting in touch with the local MP etc etc.
