I have over fifteen years’ experience of providing high quality care services within the community, with a proven track record of developing and managing internal and external care teams.

My career in the care field started with supporting individuals who have experienced major trauma. I then developed my skills by managing a branch for a national healthcare provider, building an excellent reputation in the process.

What drives me is my dedication towards quality, safety and innovation. I am committed to promoting achievable outcomes for service users and the care teams responsible for delivering the care.
