KDMC is a nursing agency in Warwick that offers high quality professional Nurses and Health Care Assistants to a wide range of healthcare groups including: Care Homes, Hospices, NHS trusts, private hospitals or GP surgeries.

We are a bespoke service dedicated to ensuring quality both in care and support of our staff team. We ensure a robust recruitment process, high standard of training and supervision systems.
All our Nurses and Health Care Assistants are interviewed by highly trained practitioners. Our staff are fully vetted and have completed all mandatory training prior to commencing work. We ensure all our staff have face to face training of the highest quality. Also, we have an evaluation process, implemented to encourage our customers review of our service.
Staff will be well presented with identification and we will supply individual profiles containing a photograph and training undertaken, right to work in the UK and current DBS.
