Provides home care and support services in accordance with the Care Quality Commission regulations, and it currently has a variety of multilingual Service Users and employees from different multicultural backgrounds. Hope Care Agency enthusiastically endeavours to increase opportunities for various individuals returning to the workplace after a career break
Hope Care Agency aims to provide an in-house training every 3 months, which all employees are required to attend. All employees have regular assessments and evaluations, in accordance to Hope Care Agency’s policies and procedures. The agency aims to ensure that robust safeguarding and complaints policies and procedures are in place and that all employed staff complete appropriate training relevant to the services they provide. In order to ensure best practice is provided to all Service Users, all policies and procedures are written in accordance with the Care Quality Commission’s Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
The main aims and objectives of Hope Care Agency are to offer skilled care and support to enable people who live in their own home to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. The agency seeks to improve the lives of individuals’ who may have restrictions due to health problems or other disabilities by aiding them to have independence, control and choice with a personalised care package.
Other aims and objectives include treating all people who work for and are supported by Hope Care Agency as well as individuals who visit with respect at all times, to uphold the human and citizenship rights of all whom we support, and who visit them, to support individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all Service Users. It also aims to respect and encourage the right of independence of all Service Users, and to recognise the individual uniqueness of Service Users, and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect.
