About us
Eleada Care aims to offer domiciliary care, supplying Health Care Assistants and Nurses to hospitals, NHS, PCTs, Day Care Centers, Care Homes/Nursing homes, and to social care departments of local boroughs/councils.
We promote a multi-disciplinary, collaborative and responsive approach. We provide high quality care standard where views, contributions and complaints are professionally addressed.
Also we promote a person centred approach where the values and views of Service Users are formally sought. Periodically using a feedback system of a structured Service Users’ Evaluation Questionnaires.
Aims
Eleada Care also aims to maintain compliance with government legislations and clients’ needs. We cherish team work, partnership and working in consultation. We are liaising with relevant governmental and health and social care agencies for the ultimate benefits of our clients and care workers.
The safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff are our priorities. This is why Eleada Care carries out risk assessment of client and their environment, periodic Spot – checks on carers while attending to their clients. We supervise and assess their performance and provide assistance where necessary.

Range of tasks carried out:
Personal care which involves assistance with bodily functions such as: feeding, washing, bathing/showering, dressing, glooming and undressing
Mobility and transfers, Care of skin, teeth and nails where appropriate;
Bed making, toileting, incontinent management (pad);
Management of prescribed medication;
Cleaning and shopping;
Assistance with artificial feeding, colostomy care – changing of bags;
Catheter care-changing of bags, monitoring output;
