We work with you to design a package that meets your individual needs. We do this by listening to what is important to you and caring for you in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our services include:
• Support with home cleaning, and shopping
• Support with attending day centre
• Support with settling back in the community for hospital discharge patients
• Support with recreation activities such as walking and going to the library
• Support with any other bespoke activities as requested.
