QUALITY OF CARE
Since its inception Ann's Home Care is one of the founder members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association and abides by their Code of Practice.
RQIA is responsible for registering, inspecting and encouraging improvement in a range of health and social care services delivered by statutory and independent providers including Domiciliary Care providers in accordance with The Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation)(Northern Ireland) Order 2003 and its supporting regulations All Domiciliary Care agencies must be registered with RQIA. RQIA maintains a register of all approved establishments and care services and carries out annual inspections to ensure the agencies comply with all the relevant standards, guidelines and legislation. We are regulated by the RQIA.
