Stephanie is experienced in working alongside all of the multi-disciplinary professionals such as care management social workers, safeguarding and duty officers as well as district nurses, dietitians and physios to name a few and has gained a wide range of exposure to many different client groups such as the elderly, clients with physical disabilities as well as managing services that deliver to clients with Dementia, Parkinson’s, MS, and those who have survived serious illness such as heart failure, stroke and degenerative brain associated disorders.

What shines through is Stephanie’s passion for what she does in how she leads her team to share that passion, striving to keep a highly skilled and well engaged work force who take great pride in the work they do, these qualities transfer to the service users ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
