SureCare provides reassurance that your loved ones are safe at home, in familiar surroundings where they feel most comfortable, with daily care and company. We assist with getting up and going to bed, washing & dressing, medications, meals, drinks, continence care and more. We help with housework, appointments, shopping, companionship and days out.
We support older people, adults with medical conditions, dementia, complex care and more. Maybe you provide the home care and need a break. Our care workers can help you have time to yourself knowing your loved one is cared for while you have a holiday. Maybe you live too far away and need to know your loved one is still living independently, either with daily visits or live-in care, an affordable alternative to a care home.
