Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. After using our service for more than 7 days the money are not refundable.

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site . We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

Our fees are explained in the main menu and Business Starter Packs. We have the right to change our fees without any notice. However, this will not affect existing clients, once you purchased a service we can’t change the fee until after the period expired. For example if you purchase the “365 days” package we can’t change the fee until the 365 days run out. 

7. Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted for free to the public, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. Registered users have access to more services. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

8. Submitting a listing, posting, reviewing, or commenting 

The information you supply to us and to the public must:

-not be defamatory of any individual or organisation

We don’t own any of the logos displayed on this website, except ours. We can’t be held responsible for copyright. Once you submitted your listing or once you have been notified by email that your listing has been submitted  (if we do it manually for you) it means that you agree for your logo to be displayed on our website.
