Our dad was given this agency through the NHS as he was terminally ill. We were really nervous about having a private care agency in our home but we were so impressed with them. The owners came out to meet dad so they could choose the right staff for him and we had regular calls to see how everything was going. In only a few days they didn't feel like carers, more like family friends. They were so knowledgeable and always made my dad smile and have a laugh, which was just so important in his last days. I can't thank or recommend these guys enough. They're such caring and hard working people and it was a pleasure to meet them.
